1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Lifestream Chronicles application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lifestream Chronicles is a mobile application that enables users to:

• Create and organize personal life entries with text, photos, and voice recordings
• Respond to guided reflection prompts across various life chapters
• Organize entries into a chronological timeline
• Export entries into manuscript formats
• Purchase optional professional writing and publishing services

3. User Accounts

Your profile information is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for all activities that occur under your use of the App.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within the App, including text entries, voice recordings, and photos. By using optional export or publishing services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal entries and recordings are stored locally on your device. We do not access, read, or share your personal content without your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Paid Services

Certain features, including the DIY Export Kit, Draft Autobiography, and Full-Service Book, require payment. All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Refund policies apply as described during the purchase process. The Full-Service Book option is currently available in the Philippines only.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and pre-written content (such as guided prompts), is the intellectual property of Lifestream Chronicles and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lifestream Chronicles provides the App "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
