Autobiography Processing Agreement

> This agreement applies when you select the Draft Autobiography or Full-Service Book tier. By proceeding with checkout, you agree to all terms below.

1. Authorization to Transfer Materials

By selecting a paid service tier and completing checkout, you explicitly consent to:

• Transferring your life story entries, voice transcriptions, photographs, and media from your device to our secure servers
• Our team accessing and reviewing your materials to produce your autobiography
• Retention of your materials on our servers during the production period

2. Authorization for AI Processing

You authorize that our services may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in:

• Analyzing your entries for narrative structure and themes
• Generating draft content based on your entries
• Editing, polishing, and refining prose
• Organizing chapters and suggesting improvements

AI-generated content is reviewed by our editorial team. Your content will not be used to train AI models for other customers.

3. Authorization for Human Review

You authorize our editorial, writing, and design teams to access and process your personal materials. All team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4. Ownership and Rights

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the author of all entries, recordings, and content you created
• You own the rights to all photos and media, or have permission to include them
• You have the right to publish the content
• The content does not violate any third party's rights

If your entries include content by others (letters, third-party photos), you are responsible for obtaining permissions.

5. Nature of the Service

These are customized, made-to-order services:

• Once work begins, the service fee is non-refundable
• Draft Autobiography: Up to 3 revision rounds included
• Full-Service Book: Revision terms in your custom quote

Quality depends on the quantity and quality of source material provided.

6. Sensitive Personal Information

You acknowledge your materials may contain deeply personal information including life events, family details, health information, beliefs, and relationship details. You are responsible for determining what is appropriate to include.

All content is handled with the highest confidentiality per the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

7. Limited License Grant

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely to:

• Process your content to produce your autobiography
• Store it during production
• Share it with authorized team members

This license does not give us rights to publish, distribute, or exploit your content independently. You retain full ownership.

8. Data Retention

• Draft Autobiography: 90 days after final delivery
• Full-Service Book: 1 year after final delivery

Content is permanently deleted after the retention period. You may request earlier deletion anytime.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes resolved in Metro Manila, Philippines.
